Interview process is pretty fast. Our school Career Placement Officer was the one who had submitted our resume to Emerson's HR dept. The interview is one on one and it lasted only for a few minutes. The interviewer had submitted her evaluation and decision within the week, but I waited for almost a week and a half before learning that I passed. Though I think that was only due to the hectic schedule of HR dept since it was busy season. I can say this because my friend who was interviewed over the phone had received an offer by end of that phone interview. After that the HR personnel gave us a list on what documents to submit to the HR on our first day.

I first had a phone call to gather some basic information, which went well. Later, I was invited to an online interview with HR and a manager. That interview also went well they mainly asked about my educational background, projects, and some aptitude-based questions.
However, after that, I never heard back from them. They didn’t respond to my follow up either not even a simple courtesy reply. Ghosted..

The interview process consisted of an initial phone interview where a recruiter contacted me to discuss my background, skills, availability, and interest in the role. The call also covered basic screening questions and an overview of the position and company.

Smooth interview with a kind interviewer. Full behavioral interview with standard questions, aside from asking to go more in detail on items in your resume. 1 round interview then got an offer letter a month later.
