Had to meet with HR person, then met the tech and marketing managers upstairs. Not too formal setting, very nice easy direct questions about resume. Then the HVAC systej test. I couldnt distinguish many of the symbols on the refrig line, because i was out of the industry for a bit. Must have been what nailed me, that or of course the fact that im a brown skinned person with an iranian sounding name (doesnt help).

For this position, the interview was with the managers of the division. They are very nice and helpful but the entire interview is in English and I think how fluent you are is a big factor for this position
