Interview Process was industry standard. HR and Hiring manager were cordial and explained current need for the position and company's current status or changes happening in the near future.

Basic knowledge in Electrical (basic circuit), if you have UL knowledge of the industry, Sheet metal enclosure and general hand-on experiences. Basic drawing of a typical sheet metal components (unfold and folded views and dimensioning).

3 rounds of interview as follow: HR, HR director and half-day site visit with facility tour. On site interview consisted of GM, director or engineering and multiple managers. The process was quick and easy with positive experience.
