The process had three levels in order to progress: 1. A phone interview with the office coordinator, 2. An in-person interview with the office manager, and 3. An in-person interview with the two firm partners.

Entrevista
There was a phone screen followed by an in-person interview. The in-person interview was focused more on determining if I was a good fit. It included a tour of the office and brief introductions to some of the people working there. I heard back from them a few days after the interview.
