The interview process started with an online application and resume screening. Then I had a 30-minute HR phone screen discussing my experience and motivation. Next was a technical phone interview with a Salesforce architect covering Apex, SOQL, Lightning components, and governor limits. After that, I had a virtual onsite with 4 rounds: 1) Live coding (Apex trigger and batch class), 2) System design (designing a custom app for order management), 3) Behavioral questions on past projects and teamwork, and 4) Final discussion with the hiring manager about culture fit. The whole process took about 3-4 weeks, and feedback was timely.

Entrevista
Easy interview! Nothing intense, just asked about past work experience, time management skills, and familiarity with CRMs. Felt conversational and straightforward, more like a discussion than formal questioning. Relaxed, simple, approachable overall.

Entrevista
Very straightforward interview process. Asked very thought-provoking questions. Be sure you come prepared to answer questions about the candidates they endorse (i.e., who is your favorite candidate and why). Make it personal! And, again, do your research. That will really impress them.
