Possibly one of the most stupid interview processes I have experienced in my entire life. I applied for the position of Project Manager in August. After clearing two tests, I received the initial call in November so a good 3 months have passed after the application. After this, they thought that I would be fit for a Business development role. After the long and exhausting Recruitment Friday where they are asked zero relevant questions about the position, they concluded that I do not fit the role. So basically after deciding that I would be fit for another role, they concluded that I would not be fit for that role. What a waste of time and energy for people who take a half day off from work just to get rejected for it.

I first had an interview with one employee which was more about getting to know each other and the company. Thereafter, I was invited to the recruiting day where I was interviewed by three employees from various departments. The entire interview process was smooth and enjoyable, and very fast!
