Both (2) interviews were smooth and keen on discerning if candidate is a culture fit. First interviewer tested general questions for character profile and a simple analytical case study. Surprisingly asked questions not related to the job title being applied for. Second interview was performed with the respectful team lead.

Recruitment team comes first for the initial assessment and then Team Lead does the final interview. After that there's a feedback call where you will hear about your performance and results.
