Semi-loud room with multiple interviewing at the same time for various positions. It was internal interview day so a group of people from the floor met with you individually. Some specialties offered on the spot jobs. These jobs gave you 2 business days to accept or decline.

Interview process was fine. I was sent a link to sign up for two slots. I was given about 3 weeks to prepare. Make sure you do research on the units, which the interviewers found impressive.

I got the unit that I wanted for interview. They said it would be w/2 people, ended up with 5. One lady had her Zoom screen off and didn't really talk. The interview went well however changed at the end which I still dont understand why. I never got a follow up email after.

Group / panel style interview with multiple staff members per unit. Asked behavioral questions to reflect on previous experiences both within and outside of patient care. Able to interview with multiple different units at once.
