There were two virtual interviews. There were 4 people in the first session and 2 in the 2nd session. The interviewers were very honest about the expectations of the job, and they emphasized the importance of life/work balance

phone screen plus two zoom interviews - very professional and the entire process was smooth, and fast for a university - very impressed with everyone I met there - high level of professionism and they all seem to enjoy their jobs

Highly recommend connecting with someone in the department--HR often does not forward all resumes to the hiring manager!
