I applied online. I was invited for the interview after a week. The first round was a phone screen with the recruiter. After that, I had three more rounds of interviews over two months with the hiring managers, team members, and executives. The interview process took two months after doing all rounds of successful but unnecessarily lengthy interviews for a junior-level position, they completely vanished. This happened while the recruiter and all the people I talked to made a good impression on me and emphasized that they enjoyed getting to know me. I don't understand this. After the last round of the interview, the recruiter told me that they are still interviewing a few more people, and I need to wait a couple of more weeks before making their final decision. This never happened. I did not hear back from them after that conversation. It's been two months and still counting. I found this rude and extremely unprofessional.
