Formal, yet relaxed. Felt more like a conversation than the sometimes intense interviews we experience. My interviewer was very nice, and professional but quick and to the point. We were able to connect based on some of the questions he asked which helped me to get an idea for the kind of person he was, as he would also be my manager.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. The receptionist first administered a very brief grammar test. I was then given a typing and research task. After the tests were finished, I met with the manager of the department, who was very friendly and polite. We spoke for maybe thirty minutes. The manager was very direct about the requirements of the job, including a production quota as well as the schedule that would be required. A drug test was administered orally on-site. The whole process went smoothly. I received an offer the next day.
