The interviewer was too focused on how their team works and kept interrupting me when talking. Don't ask a question if you are not going to let the candidate provide the context and answer. The overall culture and teams are a mess with no clear distinction between roles from what I gathered based on what the interviewer was saying....which is a huge red flag. Their way of operating is inefficient as the interviewer kept telling me multiple teams are doing multiple things and that sounds like crossing boundaries in between roles and walking on other people's toes. Reading internal employees reviews was eye opening as the culture is toxic.
