First was HR call described the Job role in details. Was asked questions about background most of the time wanted to low ball me on the salary which an organization of their size cannot negotiate for anything.

They have you take a online code challenge they give you 3 problems with 5 test cases as a very experienced individual taking it I could not solve coding problems in 1 half hour if had more time I could do it. The coding challenges they gave has nothing to do with what programming is in real time.

Entrevista
One phone interview with recruiter. One phone interview with PM. One in person interview with CIO. All interviews were engaging and company seemed interesting. The recruiter was honest and to the point. PM and CIO were very nice to speak with and certainly seemed interested in adding me to the team.

Entrevista
To begin with the standard phone interview, followed up with a face to face with a technical test. The test was not very difficult but complete for current knowledge. Felt a little like face a board a first but after a 10 or 15 minutes felt a bit more personal. I have had worse style interviews where it was rapid fire questions without any follow up questions or why that. The questions I got were in a good flow and not random.
