Interview was fine, everyone was super friendly. But its not the job they say it is.. everyone starts out as a "brand representative" which means you go to sam's club or costco and stand at a sample station and try to sell people products. As in you stop people as they are walking by doing their shopping and try to get them to hear your spiel about the product, I respect people who do that but its not for me and I felt disappointed that that that wasn't made clear until the "second round" of interviews. You eventually can move up after a couple weeks of doing that and it makes sense to have people start with that because they need to know how to manage it once they move up, but I felt like this was NOT what it was advertised as.
