One of the worst interview processes I have experienced, and it is easy to see why many candidates may feel discouraged from applying. The process begins with a competency test, which felt largely unnecessary and did not seem particularly relevant to the role. After passing this stage, candidates are then required to complete three separate interviews. From what I understand, the first interview is conducted via Teams, followed by two additional interviews, one with the technical manager and another with the company owner. The overall process feels unnecessarily lengthy and could easily put strong candidates off progressing with their application

They ask you questions such as the process of how an email works. Once you give your answer to a question, the owner tries to belittle you into saying things like "that doesnt seem quite right" or tries to mock you by repeating certain words from your answer.

Got some weird aptitude tests as the first stage to select the differences between two robots and other things. Took about 20 minutes to complete and it had no relation to the job i was applying for. Was the most pointless thing i have ever done in a job process. Had two further interviews after that and they never replied back to me. Cant say i was too sorry not to get a job there...
The owner seems to add a lot of reviews of the company under different names on Google.
