Process included 4 steps, a call with their internal recruiter, a conversation with the VP of engineering, a 2 hour long technical interview, and a redundant conversation with the CTO. They're going to tell you they're looking for someone "humble, hungry, and smart." Don't buy it, just make sure you've memorized the Mozilla's JavaScript developer docs and the Postgres documentation. If you didn't like the number of years of experience you see on someone's resume, don't waste people's time with 4 rounds of interviews. No wonder they haven't found someone to fill this position in 4 months.
