good human resources department, easy going interviewer, right to the point questions. They will tell you how does your workflow will be. If you pass the first interview, they will hire you.

I applied to this position in person at the restaurant directly in March. I never received a response but I kept calling back to follow up with the Assistant Manager until one day he agreed to an interview. The first interview was with a different assistant manager who gave me a test. If I scored Green, then I could proceed. It went smoothly and I scored Green apparently because after that I received a call from the interviewer a couple of days later for a 2nd interview with the General Manager. She was awesome as well!
