Entrevista
Phone interview followed by In-Person interview followed by phone interview with Chief Scientist. Job posting was found on Craigslist. CEO oversees interview process, but is very busy working insane hours so response time can vary. Company is young and energetic. Lead Scientist is brilliant and would have been amazing to work with. Hierarchy is very important. The CEO is the decision maker and conducts a very thorough vetting process.

They are looking for more environmentally friendly way to approach the need for organic solvents and the carcinogenic vapors. They were looking for someone to manage the building of the on-site lab for product manufacturing and designing the SOPs for manufacture.
