I called in to see if the hospital was hiring, I was given an email address for a hiring manager and had to wait a week or so to hear back. I got the interview and met with the hiring manager and two supervisors. They grilled me. Asked me every possible scenario and what I would do in the situation. I had to wait another one to two weeks to hear if I was extended the offer.
