On arrival I had a tour around the packaging lines with Peter, who was very clear and informative about the process. After the 30 minute tour, I was introduced to the 3 interviewers and I was made to feel very welcome by Gemma, Jack and Shane. they conducted the interview perfectly which allowed me to keep calm and express myself. The interview was based around the companies core values: People commitment and development, sustainability, collaboration, commitment to customers, innovation and continuous improvement and high performance. The interview lasted for approx 1 hour.
