Online references along with questionnaires, then an interview with the CNO and nurse manager, after meeting with Human Resources. A nurse recruiter contacted me after seeing my resume online. She then sent over 2 links. The first was a reference link. All of my references were then sent e-mails to evaluate and provide information about myself and their experiences with me. I was then sent a questionnaire about how to handle situations and personality questions. It was difficult to answer how to handle situations with the multiple choice answers that were provided. I did not care for this style of interview and pre-screening. A couple days later I met with Human Resources, more questions. Then sat for an interview with the CNO and nurse manager. More questions, they ask a lot to ensure the right fit and personality. They called a couple days later with an offer and set me up for a drug screen.

Very friendly supervisor and casual interview. HR contacted me initially to do a prescreening and then I was able to go in for an interview person interview. The management is all very supportive and was introducing themselves to me
No clinical questions, case studies, or prioritization type questions asked, but be prepared to answer several behavioral questions related to patient care and how you handle conflict or difficult situations.

Entrevista
Phone interview on a Thursday. Interview scheduled on a Monday morning. Met with the nursing supervisor and nursing manager. Basic interview questions asked. The recruiter told me to wear scrubs cuz I may have to shadow but that wasn’t offered. Wasn’t given a tour either. I left unsure about how the interview went. I emailed the recruiter a few hours later and thanked her for coordinating the interview and to keep my updated on the status and she emailed me a few minutes later and told me an offer is being made and she’d call me. Overall, great experience and I appreciated the same day offer.
