Interview was focused on previous experience and situation based questions. I completed 3 interviews before being offered the role. I met with three different managers from within their department. I would recommend looking up the company values and ensuring that aligns with your work/life.

Entrevista
Applied to an office manager role on the hotel side and a front desk agent role. Got the bait and switch method by mgmt which set the tone for my experience. I did a video call with a regular manager that was perfectly normal and straightforward/ simple and then did a very long sit down meeting in person. It was silly

while pretending they were considering me for a manager role, they asked me about leadership strategy and then didn't offer me a leadership position, offered me the lowest entry level position instead. there was no reason to ask me leadership questions, turns out they only promote from within so I was never in the running for a mgmt role at all which I found out at the very end of my second interview. I was shocked based on the nature of the conversations we had been having. I found that to be quite rude/ inconsiderate/ bold and disrespectful. They asked way harder questions than were needed for an entry level role so it was all a charade to make me want to invest several years at a low rate of pay to be a manager down the line.
