Swank Audio Visuals operates as contractors for audio visual support in higher end properties. They are looking for clean cut, suit and tie, and professional manners over technical competence. Appearance and demeanor are key as a lot of one to one contact with clients will be required. Technical details can be taught, so minimal experience is necessary.
Show up in a suit, be confident, and focus on customer services skills. Questions vary from experience to how one deals with pressure and operational failure.

Process was well done. Interviewers were respectful. There were only three interviews. I felt as though they were listening and many of the questions were not repeated throughout the different interviews.

If that goes well then you may need to meet with the partner leadership to make sure that will be a good fit as well.
