30/40 minute interview, talking about background and any relevant skills. More like a conversation than a formal interview. Received an offer the next day and started about 2 weeks later after background check/drug screen.

First, I had a virtual interview with a recruiter from HR. It was laid back and informal. The recruiter was transparent regarding pay without me needing initiate the question. He also allowed me to ask as many questions as I needed. At the end of the discussion, he confirmed my availability for the second interview and let me know who to expect an email from. The second interview took place in person. I talked with two higher-ups during this interview. They were also transparent about pay and answered all of my questions. I got a much better idea of what this job would entail during this second interview.
