Quick email from recruiter, followed with behavioral questions via email. Next step was phone screen with hiring manager with more questions on design experience. Successful phone screen led to resume submit to their customer for selection of further phone interview.

2 rounds telephonic. interviewers were cool. They asked general work flow. also interviewer asked me about basic commands from icc and primetime. every thing went good. I got the offer in 3 weeks. Then they started filing my work visa

- I was abroad at that time so the entire screening and interview was over the phone/skype video.

- timing questions: setup, hold, slack, critical path, max frequency, what is STA, how to improve the timing, etc
- problem solving: 1) write systemverilog properties to verify a given, simple protocol. 2) compute the optimal FIFO depth given the in and out timing specs. 3) Write the RTL for a FSM then synthesize it.
