I had two rounds of interviews for the role:
Round 1: Technical Interview (Head of Technology & Senior Business Analyst)
This round focused primarily on Business Analysis concepts, along with several scenario-based questions to assess practical application.
Round 2: Final Interview (Head of Product & Design)
This was a general discussion covering Business Analysis competencies and additional scenario-based questions.
Following the interviews, I have not received any updates from HR despite following up. This is contrary to what was communicated during the process, where the Head of Technology had mentioned that candidates would always receive timely communication and that “ghosting” would not be practiced. Unfortunately, there has been no response since the final round, which has been disappointing given the expectations set during the process.
