Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 2 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Endeavour Foundation (Cannon Hill, Queensland) em ago. de 2025
Entrevista
There were two interviews each consisting of a two person panel.
The first interview went smoothly, and the second interview was mostly smooth with a bit of confusion due to the general manager not being familiar with the terms they were using and other businesses.
Talent Acquisition then asked for a reference check and stated that I was the preferred candidate. The interviewers stated that they were still interviewing candidates however, which was unusual.
They also stated that references should be "as long as possible" for a "better score" through the automated system they were using.
Very positive references were provided, and the organisation claimed to have a concern about "a few things" relating to autonomy in the reference statements, which very was confusing to myself and my referees, with my referees even offering to discuss with Endeavour further about what the issue was since they had clearly interpreted something incorrectly.
They have been silent since.

Sent and submitted the resume via online platform. Waiting about 4 weeks to get a call. The group of people were waiting in the same room and we were called out one by one. Not that much of stress.

The questions were simple and would like to see your attitude - what's the situation that you find most difficult in your career? Something like this if I remember correctly.
