I interviewed with Endeavour for the role of Senior Delivery Manager in December 2025. HR initially contacted me and gave me an assignment/presentation to complete a day before the interview. However, on the interview day, two panel members were unaware of the assignment or presentation. Despite spending a lot of time preparing, there was a lack of communication. The interviewers themselves were knowledgeable and friendly, but after the interview, I never received any feedback or rejection effectively, I was ghosted.
