Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Endsight (Napa, CA).
Entrevista
Very thorough and in depth. They really take the time to get to know you and challenge you with the technical side as well. By the time I was done I really felt satisfied that I understood the role and that they knew my strengths

Entrevista
The interview process is very simple and different than usual. I had applied for help desk engineer position in May 2017. I got an interview call shorting after that. The interview process contains 3 rounds. The first round was a one-way interview process. It contained 9 questions, a mix of both technical and behavioral. You get unlimited think time to form an answer and then you get 3 min per answer to record it and submit. The questions test your basic knowledge of networks and are not difficult at all. The second round is a two way video interview with Response Center managers, John and Adam. Its approx 1.5 to 2 hours. They try to gauge if you are a cultural fit for the company and ask you very basic technical questions and more about your projects and personality. Its a good chance to build a great rapport with the company. The third round is an on-site round. You are called into the company and it consists of 3 parts: First you give a 35-40 min presentation on a topic they ask you to prepare for. Second, they ask you about troubleshooting methodology, basics of troubleshooting; nothing out of the box. Third they take you out for lunch, where they don't ask you anything technical and just talk in general. In the end, you're given a company tour and explained the work you'll be doing. If you clear all these round, you'll get an offer.
