The compant initiated the outreach (I did not proactively apply). The interview process was extremely unprofessional and lacked transparency. Communication was poor, with no follow-up or accountability. It was explicitly stated that I would be advancing to the next stage of the interview process. However, I never heard from the company again and never received a formal rejection or closure. This lack of professionalism left a negative impression. Additionally, the leadership style came across as rigid and authoritarian, which gave me serious concerns about what working in that environment would be like (saying we're like a family was a major red flag). Overall, the process was disorganized, misleading, and not reflective of a company that values candidates’ time or experience.
