Only went through first round of the interview. But the process would be the first round then a modelling test afterwards. Then more interviews afterward. The first round was questions about my past experience and a few technical questions that were more classic M&A. Interviewer cared a lot about past financial modelling experience so showing that you have modelled from scratch in previous roles is important.
