Behaving like clowns. Like asking if you have time to meet with another member of the team tomorrow. You say you cannot and tomorrow he's emailing you if you can meet this evening... Or he's scheduling a call with you and doesn't call at all. And then he's saying "I forgot", I will call you tomorrow. And (surprise!!!) he doesn't call. Then again, next day he's saying he would call. And again he doesn't call...
Now, after the 3 interviews the guys just disappear... No feedback, no answer nothing...
Let's say you get an offer, would you like to have you family finances depend on some weirdo that doesn't respect you and, moreover, is quite open about time pressure at work? Up to you...
The process looked like follows:
1) An tech interview with the head of RnD,
2) tech interview with a tech lead,
3) Technical and personal interview with one of the founders,
4) Still waiting...................... for any feedback

Entrevista
The interviewing process was quite frankly a waste of time. It is clear that when you need to interview your your colleuge, your future boss, his boss, his boss' boss, and his boss' boss' boss, there is zero, absolutely ZERO trust between them. one of the managers was very pretentious (I see his name being mentioned here a lot). Very broken communication, they couldn't even tell me how many interviews to expect, just a rough estimate. Also seems like a company which works very poorly with little planning, resulting in wasting employees' time. They told me their daily is 1-hour long as to let people chat because of the distance. Mandatory fun anyone?

This company is probably the most smoke-and-mirrors shop I’ve ever dealt with. Nice people, sure, but everyone complained about each other or alluded to pretty significant mismanagement during the interview process, then would follow up with platitudes about huge breakthroughs that were just a minute away. Ultimately, the product is the problem. And the interview process felt like they were trying to get free advisory or consulting services, not actually ready to go to market.
I was contacted by an outside recruiter, then did video interviews with the head of recruiting, CEO, head of partnerships, head of education, head of engineering, and head of sales. I met the leadership team in person for half a day and spoke to a board member. Finally, there was an hour-long presentation, for which I was only given a few hours notice and little additional information to prepare. Ultimately, they made no offer but requested a month of full-time CMO work gratis as a “trial.”
