I was contacted within several weeks of my CV submission. Interview was pretty easy. Asked for a writing sample and to have a conversation in French. HR person (Anne) was very respectful. Interviewers asked good questions and gave me the opportunity to ask questions

I went through 3 rounds: HR, hiring supervisor/manager, and the Program Director/Chief of Party. Overall, the process was typical and without any surprises. The HR representative led me through the whole interview process. I came back twice for interviews.
