I applied to the position online. I received a response from HR a week later to setup a time and date for a Microsoft Teams interview. The Teams interview was one hour long with an HR Rep and the Lead Microfabrication Engineer that I would be reporting to. The interview was very friendly and focused primarily on my previous lab and research experience.
