Very scrappy process. The recruiter did not have much of an idea on how the process was in the first call. It seemed like we were both learning their interview process each call. Completed their final technical challenge and built an app on both android and iOS. The hiring manager did not have the latest versions for iOS so was unable to view it. So I submitted it in android. I don’t think he ever ran it as I had analytics on it that would have triggered. Received an offer a month after the last interview. I j reached out a couple times in between and never heard any updates. Then suddenly i got a call and offer and needed to accept within a day. Declined. Seemed too disorganized of a team/company.
