Arrived at their office a bit early and waited in lobby for several minutes. Escorted back to a meeting room where I interviewed with 3 people separately. Was not high pressure environment and people seemed genuinely nice. I was given a contingent offer, which I accepted, but after several months was never given a full offer of employment against a contract.

Interview was not specifically tailored to the position, and the interviewers really didn't have any specific expertise in the job. The government customer sets the requirements for the personnel they'll approve to work on their contracts; the company gets paid to find and supply those people. So if you're 'qualified', you're in. Interview is as much about getting a feel for how well you'd fit into corporate culture.
