I first engaged with the firm's HR executive at a college career fair (virtual fair in response to COVID). I had a great interaction and felt like I was really given the time and space to describe the relevance of my background. About one-two weeks later, I received a follow up email to schedule an interview. I believe it was another week or two after the interview when I received an offer of employment. Throughout the entire process, E&LP's HR department was incredibly supportive and transparent.

The interview was engaging and respectful. Interviewers asked thoughtful questions and showed interest in my answers. They asked about my experiences with soil and groundwater sampling, and my prior strategies for dealing with several situations while fulfilling my tasks.
