Was called by HR for a phone screening a couple of weeks after applying. During this call they just confirmed general info and set up an in-person interview. Met with HR for about 30 minutes and was asked general behavioral questions and about my background. After that met with the department director for about 45 min where more technical questions about my background and previous experience related to the role came up. About a week later was offered the position and was asked to come in for drug test. Started 2 weeks later.
