Entrevista
This was my third time interviewing for different teaching in China positions with EF and I still have not gotten any offers. The first two interviews took about 40-60 minutes and were done by Western, white women and they asked very similar questions that were all behavioral based and very specific. This time it was a Chinese woman and took less than 20 minutes. She asked more general questions pertaining to teaching and experience. I still am confused why I am so unable to land a job with them. All interviews were on Skype. The first two were for Shanghai, the second for Chengdu.

I was interviewed for english teacher position. The interview process is Complicated and long waiting, it has 2/3 steps as I remember including the practical class. then they disappeared to give a reply.

It was a quick and easy process i was asked the usual questions, why? Experience? Behaviour management? And then told to create a mock activity lesson (i was given a prompt on what to do). It was super easy!

Entrevista
The recruiter was polite, but standoff-ish. She a little rude when asked questions and the interview was rushed, as she said she overbooked herself, so therefore, she didn't want for me to waste her time with questions. Pretty unprofessional in my opinion.
