After an initial phone call to determine eligibility, EF got back to me within 24 hours to set up the full interview. I was able to speak with them before long, however the time difference does mean you will likely be interviewing after dinner. The interview itself was friendly and engaging. I felt confident by the end both of my performance and the company's competence.

Explain a time you took a leadership role in a group or company where you needed to educate or train co-workers or subordinates.
Easy interview but essentially looking for someone who is bubbly not for more serious teachers unfortunately. Pay is suprisingly low for the amlubt of work and long contracts, which can be a pro or con depending on your preferance.
it was very professional, my interviewer focused on what drives me to want to get into this position and look for my conversational skills while i answered the questions. We have another interview after the first one.

Its pretty good, the interviewer dan staff were friendly, and the environment is fun. You should prepare before start the interview. You'll be given the questions mostly about study cases in the class. Whether with students or with parents. So, Good luck
