It was okay, a practical exam about Microsoft Access which I found to be outdated. I asked them why they gave us that while there are many other better databases. The panel was not tech conversant

Entrevista
Interviews started on time, although many candidates timing clashed. Interview questions were easy to handle because the interviewers were polite and made the interview feel comfortable. The process begins with filling in a candidate profile form, followed by an aptitude test then a panel interview.
