You will be asked for an updated resumé, Valid government ID, and na NBI/Barangay Clearance.
There will be a total of 2 interviews. First is through the Human Resources department, then once you pass that, you'll be interviewed by the Management and Employer themselves. These are seperate days.
Afterwards, you are going to need to finish a 9-day orientation and training before getting hired. These days are paid.
First day is a 3 hour orientation and refresher.
Second day is a 2 hour book orientation in the morning, and an hour and half mock lesson in the afternoon. This is graded.
Third day is another 2 hour book orientation in the morning, and an hour and a half mock lesson in the afternoon. This is graded as well.
If your overall grade from the said mock lessons is reached the passing grade, then you move on to the remaining books. If not, then you're out. Reapplication is after 6 months.
Fourth and fifth day is another 2 hour book orientation, and an hour and a half mock lesson in the afternoon. But this time, it's no longer graded.
Sixth day is your review day for the books you still found confusing and needed clarification.
