Through a headhunter at first, then through senior management at Enica. The interview was informal and nonquantitative, but they did ask about the details of the work that I had done in the past.

First round of interview was basic general questions to get to you better as a whole. The second round of interviews was very specific and technical mechanical engineering questions, as well as a few more questions about you as a whole.
