1st on campus interview just the other day after campus career fair, 45 min, a set of questions designed by company, related to statistics, basic business sense and basic programming (sql and statistical language chosen by yourself). 2nd was on site, 4 people 5 hours, most technical with their designed question sets, very related to their business. One was data set analysis.
