I received an email from the recruiter at Enova and that followed up with a phone call, I then had to pass a technical assessment similar to Leetcode questions after that I thought I did not pass since one question was not very optimized but the recruiter reached out to schedule a 4 hour meeting with the team! I submitted that but then it went silent I then realized their email went to my spam. Luckily we continued the interview which consisted of Behavioral, Technical, Problem Solving and then just a Wrap up about the company. I thought everything went well I was so excited but I got the rejection email... Which is better than being ghosted just would have hoped for the recruiter to mention what areas I could improve on. Anyways if your about to interview with them good luck!

It was a very smooth interview process, and the recruiting team did a great job. I felt like I had a very clear understanding of what the role entailed. The hiring manager took a deep interest in getting to know how I am.
