Der Arbeitgeber hat eine kurze Präsentation des Unternehmens, seiner Werte, Mission und Kultur gegeben. Die vorherigen Erfahrungen wurde erklärt, die für die Position relevant waren. Der HR-Vertreterin hat kompetenzbasierte Fragen gestellt, um das Verhalten in bestimmten Situationen zu bewerten. Diese Fragen zielen darauf ab, die Soft Skills, wie Teamarbeit, Problemlösungsfähigkeiten, Konfliktmanagement oder Entscheidungsfindung, zu überprüfen.

Initial screening phone interview with 3 people, HR, development and operations. Introduction to the company, environment and role, and some questions about skills and experience. Panel was very nice and explained the process well.

Entrevista
One phone call + one interview in person. The Job Opening was posted online. Candidates were both coming through head hunters as well as through spontaneous applications. The company seemed a little skeptical to support the finalization of an ongoing Executive MBA.
