The recruiting process was very rushed and unprofessional. Got a call from a recruiter to do a phone screening on the spot, no warning , wasn’t scheduled. Then scheduled a interview for the very next day . Was told it would be a video interview. The manager interviewing me didn’t turn her camera on only until I asked for clarification if this was a video interview. She turned it on and it was clear she was not ready or intended to put her camera on until I asked. Waited a week, recruiter called trying to have my final interview literally within a couple hours of her calling me. Said that was very last minute . So the best she could do was give me an interview 2 days later. Final interview was with 4 supervisors/managers. Again I was told it would be a video interview . Not one of them turned on the camera , I was immediately turned off by the unprofessionalism and it threw me off completely. Overall, this process was rushed, the company was inconsiderate of my time as a candidate and extremely rude for not turning on their cameras during a video interview . I was talking to myself into my camera looking at a black screen with names. While they had complete access to myself, I had no access to them. Making the interview environment unequal
