After applying for the role through LinkedIn I received a phone call with a brief interview, I was then invited to an assessment centre the following day. The assessment day was really well organised, it started with ice breakers and introductions to the company and the hiring managers. We were split into teams dependent on the role we were applying for the do some group activities, these were to test our communication skills and how we performed in a team. Following this each person had a one-on-one interview with their hiring manager. My overall experience was very positive, it was a very friendly environment and a good introduction to the company.
