Company hires very quickly. Having sales experience in revenue cycle management is a big plus. If not make sure you understand the the key concept of RCM. It is a critical part of the business.

Entrevista
I went through 2 rounds of interviews. The first was a basic screening call with Talent Acquisition.
The second interview was with the hiring manager. I found the hiring manager to be a bit quirky. In some cases the questions asked were pretty convoluted and poorly stated. I had to ask for clarification several times.
At the end of the interview I was told I'd be moving onto the next round. I followed up the next week since I hadn't heard back yet. After being ghosted for multiple weeks I finally got a generic rejection message. Definitely a bad experience, but I think I dodged a bullet.

Entrevista
Three Rounds, all 30 minutes on Zoom - First with Recruiter, Second with Manager, Third with VP. The recruiter was present in every interview, which was strange. The recruiter guided the conversation for which therapy vertical they thought you would be most aligned in.
Most conversation was around the market and past experience sales experience and their product.
