A short phone call with HR to check your eligibility to work in Ireland. Followed by an interview over zoom. The interview questions are basic ones such as naming a time you encountered a difficult situation at work and how you dealt with it ect.

The hiring process begins with a brief initial screening call to assess your suitability, interest in the role, and basic qualifications. This is followed by a face to face interview, where your skills, experience, communication abilities, and overall fit with the team and company culture are evaluated in more detail.
